About

Salut!
I'm Amanda, MA, CCC, RITMA
Based in Montreal, I hold a Master's in Clinical Counselling Psychology from Naropa University. My work is rooted in mindfulness, depth psychology, and transpersonal practice, while remaining grounded in the realities of everyday life. At the center of therapy is the relationship we build together — one that supports your well-being, self-understanding, and capacity for change.
I work with women, queer people, and those navigating periods of transition, disconnection, or inner questioning. Many of the people I work with are seeking not only relief from suffering, but a deeper sense of vitality, meaning, and connection to themselves.
Beyond my work as a therapist, I'm a writer, seeker, dancer, and steward of aliveness. These parts of me shape how I show up in the room: present, thoughtful, relational, and deeply respectful of each person's unique path.
