This page explains what happens to the information you send through the inquiry form on this website. It does not describe how clinical records are kept once you become a client — that is covered separately in the intake and disclosure forms you receive before a first session.

Only what you type into the form: your name, email address, optional phone number, what you are interested in, what brings you here, and how you heard about the practice.

This website does not use analytics, advertising trackers, or third-party cookies.

Form submissions are delivered by email to Amanda and are not stored in a database on this website. They are not sold, shared, or used for marketing.

Email is not a secure or confidential channel. Please do not send detailed health information, or anything you would not want read by someone other than Amanda, through this form.

Under Quebec's Law 25 you may ask what personal information is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Send the request through the contact form and it will be actioned.
